• Refunds require a valid receipt and intact original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Discounted or opened items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Online Returns

• You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Online purchases cannot be returned to TASCHEN stores.
• Our full cancellation policy is available here.
• EU Returns (including United Kingdom, excluding Canary Islands)
  • A return shipping label is provided at no cost.
  • Refunds for returned items (excluding shipping) will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

• United States & Canada Returns
  • If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable. Upon receipt, we will refund the full purchase amount of the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • To receive a refund, return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery in the same condition you received them. Please include the original packing slip so your return can be identified. 
  • Refunds for returned items (excluding shipping) will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
