Your tasks
- Support the team in the daily operations
- Advise and assist customers while creating an excellent shopping experience and support sales activities and contribute to achieving store goals
- Assist with stock handling, replenishment, merchandise presentation, and cashier activities
- Support TASCHEN events and special store projects when needed
Your profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Passion for books, art, culture, and customer interaction
- Flexible and reliable working style with availability on weekends
- Ability and willingness to support the team on short notice when required
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Spanish and English skills required; additional languages are a plus
