KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting our graphic design department with upcoming titles, design, and packaging concepts
• Typesetting, and continuation of layouts based on sample pages.
• Developing new business, from lead generation and initial sale to account management
• Working with the Adobe suit, such as InDesign scripts to edit the content, formatting, and graphics of books.
• Coordinating with the editing and prepress department in the evaluation and implementation of content and graphic corrections.
YOUR PROFILE
• Passion for and knowledge in design, typography, art, art history, photography, architecture, pop culture, travel and fashion – the foundations of our publishing program.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Clear visual language.
• Unique and personal sense of design.
• Enjoy keeping updated on trends and design.
• Keen eye and attention to detail, proactive, flexible, problem solving and creative mind.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and an open-minded and friendly approach.
