Across two floors, TASCHEN’s first Italian store in the heart of old Milan combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge design. Long-term TASCHEN collaborator Marc Newson created large glass-top cabinets and custom bookshelves for the space, and artist Jonas Wood designed terrazzo flooring with shimmering Californian flora and fauna. The store also puts a special emphasis on Italian design from the 1950s with select pieces from Benedikt Taschen’s personal collection.
