All standard Shipping Costs and Times can be found here.

Backorders will be charged immediately and dispatched as soon as they become available. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.

Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

For the United States and Canada:

Available items will be charged and dispatched immediately. Backordered items will be charged immediately and dispatched as soon as they become available. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Delivery time is 3-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-6 business days for all other locations except AK, HI and VI (up to 8 days). Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed.

Box, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. Due to an unexpected increase in demand for TASCHEN books we are currently experiencing dispatch delays of up to 8 to 10 business days on some TASCHEN orders.

Please note that for Canada, GST, customs fees, and import duties are to be paid by the customer to the carrier before delivery.


Payment
All list prices are inclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Please note that national taxes may have to be paid on imports for deliveries outside the EU. We accept payments by credit card (AMEX, Master, Visa) Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Klarna (in select countries) and Paypal.

Changes to your order
Please note: We cannot cancel or make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. Please review your order carefully before completion. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.

Store Returns
Refunds are processed with the presence of a valid receipt and intact original packaging within 14 days of the original receipt. We accept exchanges or store credit for current titles returned in their original packaging. No refunds or exchanges for discounted or opened items.


Online Returns Policy

You may repeal your contract of purchase within 14 days of delivery. For returns within the European Union (excluding the Canary Islands), we will send you a return shipping label at no additional cost. We will reimburse you for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the articles. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned to any of our stores. Our complete cancellation policy can be found here.

TASCHEN Sales:

  • During our sales, we experience an incredibly high volume of orders.
  • To deliver your order as quickly as possible and if you have more than one item in your order, we may dispatch it in several packages and you could therefore receive it in multiple partial deliveries.
  • We aim to preserve our usual time-frames for deliveries, but please allow up to 10-12 working days for your full order to be delivered.
  • Please note that an item could go out of stock during checkout and your purchase is only confirmed once dispatched.
  • Once submitted, you will not be able to add further books to your order. Please place a new order for any additional titles you are interested in.
  • We are not able to make any changes to your order once placed.
  • Sale items are dispatched using Standard Shipping.
  • Sale items cannot be gift wrapped.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, only returned.
  • Discount and promotion codes cannot be applied to Sale items.
  • VAT numbers cannot be added to orders.
  • If for any reason our delivery partners are not able to deliver your parcel, it will be returned to the warehouse and automatically refunded. No replacement parcel will be sent out in this case.
  • The sale applies to display and slightly damaged copies
  • Free Shipping for Flash Sales only applies to countries where free shipping is offered. Standard Delivery Terms and Conditions apply.
