1. What is the minimum order value?
For TASCHEN resellers, your first order must reach a minimum value of €/£/$ 1,000.
For Corporate gifting clients, your first order must reach a minimum value of €/£/$ 500.
For reorders, the minimum value is €/£/$ 250.
If your order is below these thresholds, we’ll be happy to direct you to one of our official distributors, where you can purchase TASCHEN books in smaller quantities.
2. What discount do I receive?
Discounts will be agreed with your assigned sales representative.
Please note that discounts do not apply to Collector Editions or Art Editions.
3. Can I preorder upcoming titles?
Yes. You can preorder titles releasing within the next 3 months. For books scheduled beyond that, you can sign up for a stock notification to be alerted once preorders open.
4. How will my books ship?
Orders will ship as items become available. Small orders are sent with DHL. Larger orders are sent with Dachser.

Shipping to South America & Asia
Orders shipping to South America or Asia must be handled via freight forwarders. The B2B webshop is not available for these destinations. Please contact our team to place your order.
6. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
7. What are the payment terms?
Your first two orders must be paid by prepayment (credit card, paypal, apple pay). After that, we’ll review your account to determine eligibility for a credit limit or alternative payment terms.
8. How are VAT and taxes handled?
For EU-based clients, a valid VAT number must be provided to avoid VAT charges.
9. Can I return books?
Returns are not accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
