CRM Manager

For our TASCHEN office in London, we are looking for a CRM Manager for the management of strategic CRM activities for the business, helping to manage our CRM software, acquire new customers, re-engage inactive customers and increase the long-term loyalty of our already engaged customers.    

Your tasks:

  • Lead the implementation of a new CRM software
  • Create, own and execute the CRM strategy for both B2C and B2B
  • Organize our existing customer and contact data
  • Create segments for our diverse customer base which ranges widely across all age groups, demographics, countries, etc.
  • Organize and segment our content to be targeted at the right customer groups
  • Review and rebuild our automation programmes to drive maximum customer retention and revenue
  • Work collaboratively with the sales teams to develop personalized communication to engage customers and drive purchases
  • Keep up to date with industry best practice and trends to build a best-in-class CRM programme
  • Implement a comprehensive test and learn programme and analyse performance to draw out key learnings and insights so we can continually improve
  • Creation of a loyalty membership programme
  • Take ownership of and develop our customer referral programme  

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in CRM in one of the S&P 500 companies or big tech
  • Experience building and managing one of the leading CRM software (dynamics 365 or salesforce preferred)
  • Experience working with CMS systems (shopify preferred)
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Experience working with and overseeing email marketing automation
  • Precise, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
