Your tasks
About the role:
As a Systems Development Coordinator, you will support our business applications and users across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting users with questions, conducting trainings, and coordinating support activities. Over time, you will also contribute to system testing, configuration, and the evolution of our digital tools, making this role an excellent opportunity for growth within the Systems Development Team.
- Provide user support by answering system-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding colleagues through best practices
- Conduct and coordinate user trainings and help drive adoption of our business applications
- Test new system developments and enhancements to ensure functionality, stability, and alignment with business requirements
- Support system configuration, documentation, and maintenance tasks as needed
- Monitor, analyze, and help resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives in close cooperation with different departments
Your profile
- First experience in user support, project management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High IT affinity; experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, Shopify or Zendesk is a plus
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
