Launch of “The Gourmand’s Mushroom”

An evening at Tenderbooks in London

On February 12, TASCHEN celebrated the launch of The Gourmand’s Mushroom at Tenderbooks in London’s West End.  


For the week preceding the event, TASCHEN and The Gourmand took over Tenderbooks’ window with a live mushroom installation provided by organic grocer Natoora.  


More than 100 guests attended, including Marina and David of The Gourmand, as well as many other contributing writers and photographers from the book, alongside key figures from London’s food scene.
