Your tasks

  • Support the Content Creation team with daily tasks and marketing activities.
  • Assist in creating and producing content for email, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Contribute ideas and actively participate in team discussions related to marketing and digital outreach.
  • Help during the early stages of video concepts and brainstorming sessions.
  • Support the implementation of video strategies across digital platforms, including website and social media.
  • Assist during video shoots both in the studio and on location.
  • Help with basic video editing tasks and post-production under guidance from senior creatives.
  • Provide support on-site during shoots, including b-roll capture for social media and marketing use.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure content aligns with TASCHEN’s brand standards.

Your profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in video-making, internships or academic projects also considered.
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated (BA or MA) in Film or similar
  • Basic understanding of video production: lighting, audio, editing, and animation fundamentals.
  • Interest in shooting in various environments (indoor and outdoor).
  • Some hands-on experience with editing software, especially Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with camera equipment (e.g., Sony Alpha, tripods) and basic lighting setups.
  • Willingness to learn and grow technical skills in video production.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Interest in art, photography, design, and pop culture—core to TASCHEN’s publishing focus.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a creative environment.
