Your tasks
- Assisting the E-commerce and Online Marketing team in daily tasks and marketing activities, with a focus on driving growth.
- Create and produce high-quality content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and target audience.
- Support the execution and optimization of all marketing channels (email, social media, search, display ads, etc.).
- Conduct data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and deliver actionable insights on online marketing performance and social media activities regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and track commercial & marketing KPIs for a high-growth e-commerce business.
- Contribute ideas for creative marketing campaigns, client outreach, and lead generation.
- Help maintain and update the company's e-commerce website to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Assist in managing the brand’s social media presence and increasing online engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

Your profile
- Strong interest in and knowledge of marketing, e-commerce, social media, and marketing trends in the UK, as well as a passion for art, art history, photography, architecture, design, pop culture, travel, and fashion.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated (BA or MA) in Marketing or similar
- A good understanding of the key digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and the marketing mix, with relevant associated tools.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in any other language is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Google Analytics. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- A solid understanding of SEO best practices and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong ability to collaborate with teams across various functions, with a flexible, open-minded, and solution-oriented approach.
- A creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas.
