Massimo Listri in Rome
Presentation of “Italian Palaces” at Palazzo Venezia
2026, May 18th: Massimo Listri’s Italian Palaces was presented at Palazzo Venezia in Rome to a distinguished audience of around 100 guests, with many standing only, underscoring the tremendous interest in the book.
Under the patronage of Andreina Draghi, President of the Friends of the Istituto di Archeologia e Storia dell’Arte, the volume was introduced by Renata Cristina Mazzantini, Director of the Galleria Nazionale, and Alessandro Mascherucci, Director of the Villas in the province of Viterbo. Their insightful remarks highlighted the cultural significance and visual splendour of Listri’s work.
The evening concluded with a cocktail reception, where guests continued the conversation in an elegant atmosphere – a fitting celebration for a book that pays homage to the grandeur of Italy’s historic palaces.
