TASCHEN (location: London)
For our office in London we are seeking a responsible, full-time Affiliate and Partnerships Manager (f/m/d).
This position’s aim is to help growth through our affiliate and online partnership channels. Whilst the main focus will be the growth of those channels and maximising sales, we are also looking to expand channels and explore new ventures and opportunities in line with the TASCHEN brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Online Marketing Director to grow the affiliate channel
- Pitch affiliate opportunities to potential publishers (authors, artists, contributors, websites, influencers, forums, etc. for the network)
- Aiding publishers through the onboarding process on Rakuten
- Assisting publishers on specific requests (e.g. Onboarding process/link creation/title selection for seasonal promotions/assets etc.)
- Establish regular communication channels with most relevant publishers on the network to keep them up to date on our products and to make sure they market it accordingly
- Liaising with PR for key campaigns and launches
- Attending affiliate networking events to reach out to potential new publishers
- Expending our reach within specific markets and relevant forums and websites
- Thinking strategically within all channels and beyond; delivering new ways to bring revenues to the business through partnership efforts
- Deliver in depth analysis to understand performance beyond top line metrics and the affiliate channel
- Be a key member of the Online Marketing team, bringing ideas to the table for marketing, client outreach, prospecting, etc.
Candidate’s Profile:
- 3-4 years Affiliate Management experience ideally within art or publishing
- Good knowledge of affiliate reward models and tracking software
- Excellent interpersonal technique with sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven record building an affiliate network
- Ability to maintain and strategically grow partnerships with key industry stakeholders
- Strong command of the English language is essential and additional European languages are strongly desired
