David Whitehouse

David Whitehouse has a doctorate in astrophysics from the Jodrell Bank radio observatory in England. After working at the Mullard Space Science Laboratory of University College, London, he became a BBC science correspondent, and later a consultant to numerous space agencies. A Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, he is the author of four books, The Moon: A Biography, The Sun: A Biography, Astronaut, and Arch of Heaven: The Science and Mystery of the Rainbow.
