Bill Alexander

California native William Alexander began his career with cartoon record labels for the blues recording company Miltone, then collaborated with Gene Bilbrew to create The Bronze Bomber comic strip for the Los Angeles Sentinel newspaper. In the 1950s he worked for Irving Klaw, then moved on to pulp novel cover illustration in the 1960s. In the 1970s he produced horror comic covers for Myron Fass’ Eerie Publications, and spent his final days designing bondage magazines back in Los Angeles.
