This role is responsible for assisting the Sales Representative and providing customer support across Asia for quality service, customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Your duties and responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Representative’s duties and activities
  • Provide assistance to our customers across Asia
  • Handle customer orders, mailings, deliveries and stock
  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Liaise with TASCHEN store in HK and TASCHEN offices worldwide on PR, marketing, and sales activities

Your profile:
  • A degree holder with a minimum of 2 years work experience in sales
  • A motivated self-starter capable of working under pressure, individually and as a team player
  • A strong sense of priorities and deadlines, with a proactive can-do-approach
  • Highly organized, disciplined, detail oriented and responsible
  • Strong client focus and orientation as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese and fluent Putonghua essential
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Good knowledge of our company and publishing program

TASCHEN España is looking for an Independent Sales Representative, based in Buenos Aires and covering Argentina and Uruguay.

Your duties and responsibilities:
  • Act as the local TASCHEN representative in all the above territories
  • Excel at selling TASCHEN books, Collector´s Editions and artworks to existing and new clients
  • Engage in prospecting and acquisition of new clients in both the traditional and non-traditional book markets
  • Weekly travel to analyse potential and develop growth in your territory
  • Weekly written reporting to Sales Director
  • Attendance at TASCHEN-related events, tradeshows and team meetings

Your profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in an international environment
  • A background in publishing, the arts, fashion, culture or luxury business
  • A professional demeanour, excellent phone and in person presentation skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Valid driver’s license and own car

TASCHEN is seeking an Editorial and Marketing Assistant for its headquarters in Cologne for a period of one year.

This position will be responsible for monitoring our website, social media channels, and other editorial and marketing-related tasks. The successful candidate will also represent TASCHEN publications online and in social media.

Your duties and responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily social media output, moderating comments as well as our blog section
  • Give strategic input for our social media and other marketing channels
  • Write high-quality, exciting copy on a daily basis
  • Support general office coordination, including answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, and maintaining an organized office
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts
