Brand Ambassadors and Sales Development Specialists

TASCHEN America (locations: Beverly Hills & Hollywood)

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors and Sales Development Specialists for our TASCHEN Beverly Hills and TASCHEN Hollywood locations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new client development opportunities
  • Further develop existing VIP clients and relationships
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in TASCHEN events and book signings
  • Ensure that the product presentation and work areas are optimized.
  • Assist with stock management, database maintenance, and other daily tasks as needed

Candidate’s profile:

  • Excited and motivated by sales and prospection.
  • Sales experience, especially in an arts or gallery environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and friendly attitude with a focus on customer service & teamwork
  • Precise, responsible and organized demeanor
  • Interest in art, photography, architecture, design, pop culture, travel and fashion
  • English fluency required, multiple languages, especially Spanish a huge plus
