Full-Time Sales Associate Store Hong Kong

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate for our TASCHEN Store Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a Brand Ambassador of TASCHEN
• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Create, maintain and grow strong buying relationships with top tier clients
• Maximize sales opportunities in achieving sales target
• Identify new client development opportunities proactively
• Assist in daily store operations, including stock management
• Maintain good housekeeping conditions at store
• Provide support during TASCHEN events and book signings  

Candidate’s profile:

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in an arts or gallery environment
• Energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality
• Willingness to go the extra mile to drive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone and email manner
• A flexible and friendly attitude with a focus on customer service & team work
• Interest in art, photography, architecture, design, pop culture, travel and fashion
• English fluency required, multiple languages a plus
