60Seconds Festival 2012Short films in the move, from March 19th to the 24th, 2012The 60Seconds Short Film Festival in Copenhagen is back for the fifth time with fresh 1minute silent films from all over the world, showing both in the City Metro and in the streets of Copenhagen. In 2012 the International 60Seconds Film Festival will focus on human rights in a collaboration with the Danish Institute for Human Rights 25 Year Anniversary. The films entering the festival in 2012 illustrate one or several of the 30 articles of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights. With this co-operation the festival wishes the audiences to have an artistic experience illustrating the importance of Human Rights, through living pictures. The festival has for the last 4 years, shown short films in the public space, primarily of the platforms at Metro stations, but 2 years ago, we moved the even closer to the audiences by projecting films around in the streets of Copenhagen, since then the films are also shown at shop windows in the city, in a fine collaboration with a selection of local shops. The films are shown around the clock during the festival week, and the audiences are welcome to participate by voting for their favorite film at the festival's home page where the films will also be screened: http://60sec.org/ |

Han var i København for at inspicere sit nye showroom på Strøget. (...) Rummet er smukt indrettet af Benedikt Taschens ven designeren Philippe Starck.
