TASCHEN opens Hamburg store

Already successfully represented with flagship stores in Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, Copenhagen, London, Los Angeles, New York and Paris, TASCHEN is now delighted to announce the opening of a new store in Hamburg.

This store, located at the heart of Hamburg and in one of Europe’s most elegant shopping areas, between Neuer Wall and Große Bleichen, will stock the publishing house’s complete range, from the Kleine Reihe to our precious limited editions. The store interior, designed by Philippe Starck, not only represents a new attraction in the inner city, it also provides an apposite framework for TASCHEN publications on contemporary and classical art, photography, design, architecture, sex, travel, film and pop culture. The large, open facade harmonizes fully with the fine furnishings in shades of dark mahogany and bronze, Stark’s trademarks. Given its traditions and history, its aesthetic sense, and its creative scene, Hamburg is an ideal location for TASCHEN’s tenth store.
