Atmosphere, atmosphere!What a better place to launch Paris, Portrait of a City than the City of Lights itself? In the night of December, 16th, we hosted the loveliest book signing party in the presence of a radiant Jean-Claude Gautrand. Our Store was packed for two hours with friends and family, photo lovers, art directors, important members of the press, collaborators and representatives from archives and private collections. Together, we celebrated this moving result of four years of work. A mini-exhibition of Jean-Claude Gautrand’s own black and white photographs from Paris whereof some are featured in the book contributed to the poetic atmosphere (GADCOLLECTION). |
