A fusion between Art and Gastronomy...

On November 24th, TASCHEN Store Brussels launched the French edition of Modernist Cuisine for more than 300 VIP’s.

The Belgian 2 star-studded Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre (L'Air du Temps**) made a brilliant modernist cooking demonstration and offered samples of his art to our guests. As usual, the atmosphere was warm and joyful. Guests were astounded about what they called a fantastic book and thrilled to meet the most popular Chef in Belgium and to have a chance to taste his extravagant creations (amongst others: a vegetable oyster with kiwi pearls).

It was a wonderful introduction to the book.
