"Take Me Out to the Ball Game" was definitely the theme tonight at the TASCHEN Store in Beverly Hills. About 100 fans of America's greatest pastime, not to mention the star of the evening, legendary photographer Neil Leifer arrived at the store to celebrate the launch of Leifer's new book, Ballet in the Dirt: The Golden Age of Baseball. Among those in attendance were writer/director Ron Shelton, in addition to some fellow sports photographers & top executives from the Los Angeles Dodgers. Partygoers were thrilled to get a closer look at 20 of the prints featured in the book on display around the store.
