"GOAT beeindruckt aber nicht nur aufgrund seiner Gewichtsklasse, sondern auch wegen der äußerst aufwendigen Gestaltung. Das fängt schon bei der stabilen Klappbox an, in welcher sich das eigentliche Buch befindet. Kommt jene noch zurückhaltend daher, besticht dieses durch einen dick gefütterten Umschlag in zeitlosem Pink, auf den der Titel in üppigen Stoffbuchstaben genäht ist, woran unschwer zu erkennen ist, dass GOAT vorwiegend für den amerikanischen Markt konzipiert wurde … Im Innenteil werden die Erwartungen, die der Umschlag weckt, mehr als erfüllt: Viele exzellente und unbekannte Fotos, nicht selten das ganze Format füllend, und Texte von Leuten, die schreiben können. Das Layout ist abwechslungsreich, aber nicht fahrig, die Seiten haben einen Goldrand und jedes Kapitel wird mit einem edlen Prägedruck eingeleitet."normaligerweise, HannoverGermany |
