the book is great. the colors on your website are a waste of it. Taschen is by now 6 month late on original release date. HOW DOES THAT TAKE 2 OPEN THE GATE? Nobody responsable but taschen is late...

"Tupac taking a bath. A supermodel-seducing dinosaur. A giant killer cheeseburger. Devon Aoki going fishing in an art gallery . . .Only photographer David LaChapelle could pull off such extraordinary concepts and in this 20-year tome to his finest work, Artists and Prostitutes: 1985-2005, LaChapelle`s portraits are presented in a gloriously oversized, full-bleed, nearly 700-page package."

"David LaChapelle's latest photographic offering hardly disappoints on the surrealometer."

"Pammie took the stars and strips to a new level when she adorned her naked body with strategically-placed stickers. And it was all for the renowned snapper's lush celeb-packed photo book Artists & Prostitutes. "

"David LaChapelle, the man who brought both krumping and Amanda Lepore to the masses, is about to grace us with a new collection of work. Priced at $1,750, LaChapelle`s Artists & Prostitutes book may be out of the budget for the people he named it after, but that doesn`t make his images any less dazzling."

Thanks LaChapelle.
