This book is a great retrospective of Giger's art, accompanied by the artist's autobiographical texts which often more elaborately depict his states of mind than actual events in life. Which is - in Giger's case - more than welcome. Nearly everybody interested in his art knows all the important stages in his biography, yet what keeps intriguing us, as his lovers, is this seed of doubt expressed in one simple question: is he completely mad or what???
