Allein die Bildrecherche für den nun vorliegenden Band muß den TASCHEN-Verlag ein Vermögen gekostet haben - das Buch tut es trotzdem wieder einmal nicht: Jedes aufgeführte Gebäude ist hervorragend widergegeben, viele Häuser wurden neu fotografiert. Philip Jodidio, der schon mit einem gleichformatigen Band über Tadao Ando überzeugt hat, gelingt auch diesmal der Balanceakt auf schmalem Grat zwischen Anspruch und Verständlichkeit.
