It was a very vintage evening at Store NY as we celebrated the publication of Vanessa del Rio: Fifty Years of Slightly Slutty Behavior. Ms. del Rio herself arrived in a 1960 Cadillac Fleetwood, French bulldog in tow, and walked the red carpet where she posed for a group of photographers. Disco balls, soft pink spotlights, and leopard print couches helped turn Store NY into a venue fit for a queen—a queen such as Vanessa, who sat on a red and gold throne where everyone could see her. Other attendees included Sante d'Orazio, Andre Balazs, Brett Ratner, Richard Kern, Terry Richardson, Terrance Koh, as well as industry notables, Vanessa Vellucci and Veronica Vera.
